The dreamy electronic hip-hop of Hermanito comes to a head with his latest release, Romance. Tucked away in the middle of the EP is a jazzy, airy cut called ‘Zod’. Within the relaxed track, minimalist influence can be found in the looping basslines and restrained performances that allow an immense knowledge of production take over the focus. The Manchester producer takes influence from a wide range of artists, from Wun Two to Massive Attack to Singers Unlimited and all of these shine through in this sunset-esque tune.
